Hey Bret, I have a question; at the 28 min mark where you are speaking of our salvation as being 2000 years ago at the cross.. what do you think about salvation actually being from the foundation of the world? (Revelation 13:8) Also I am thinking about how God chose us in him before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4)

One of the most powerful mntemos of forgiveness happened between a roommate/friend and I. After being awfully misused by a mutual friend, I expected her to defend me let alone believe the truth. However, she tried to remain neutral (by justifying the behavior etc) and that only put a big fence between us yet we still had to live together. My heart turned to stone toward her but I knew it wasn’t right in spite of our differences. I probably would’ve got away with it if we weren’t living together. So besides the person that wronged me, I had another person I started to harbor unforgiveness toward. So one day I was praying, really crying in desperation to God to help me forgive her. At some point I sensed to pray Lord, help me see her the way you see her. It wasn’t some religious prayer in fact, I had never heard that before until later when I realized other people had prayed this too. After that prayer, my eyes/heart immediately started to see her differently. One of those things that is hard to explain but so real. I had compassion (seeing her hurt and pain) and love for her and all the bitterness and hatred melted away. May we all learn to see each other through the eyes of the most loving Savior, Jesus.
